| The BLT600 is a sophisticated hand held diagnostic tool used to test the condition of 6 and 12 Volt lead acid batteries from 50 to 2000CCA. |
Conductance Testing
The BLT600 conducts a number of calculations based on the conductance and voltage reading of the battery to determine the battery condition. |
Tests Discharged Batteries
The analyser will test partially charged batteries provided enough power exists to run the analyser. The battery must be charged to 5.5 Volts minimum for the analyser to operate. |
Test Data Storage & Infra Red Printing
The analyser can store and retrieve previous test results. An inbuilt infra red interface allows test results to be printed on the optional portable printer. Supplied with 4m test lead extension cable, for in vehicle testing. |

| The BLT800 is a hand held diagnostic tool used to test the condition of 6 Volt and 12 Volt lead acid batteries from 50 to 2000CCA. |
Conductance & Load Testing Method
The BLT800 uses a number of measurements and calculations to determine the battery condition. The tests include an initial 1 Amp load to remove any surface charge followed by a 7.5 Amp load to measure the battery's internal resistance and voltage drop. When the load is removed, the tester measures the recovery capacity of the battery to finally determine the battery condition. |
Test Discharged Batteries
The analyser can be used on both flooded, AGM and spiral wound batteries and will work on flat batteries as low as 1 Volt. |

Built in infra red printing interface for remote printing. |
