The output connector clamps that have a visible engraved ‘V0’ or yellow paint dot, are not part of this recall. The packaging will have a visible QC sticker near the barcode if the product is compliant.

The material used for the plastic covers on the output connector clamp is not adequately resistant to fire.

If the output connector clamp covers overheat and ignite, there is a risk of fire.

Affected consumers should contact our technical support team, and we will send replacement compliant output connector clamps from our Auckland DC via NZ Post.
