The output connector clamps that have a visible engraved ‘V0’ or yellow paint dot, are not part of this recall. The packaging will have a visible QC sticker near the barcode if the product is compliant.

The material used for the plastic covers on the output connector clamp is not adequately resistant to fire.

If the output connector clamp covers overheat and ignite, there is a risk of fire.

Affected consumers should complete the appropriate form below, including uploading an image of the current connector clamps rendered unusable (cut the cable and attach a picture below) , and we will send replacement compliant output connector clamps from our Melbourne DC via Aus Post.
